Josh brings over 20 years of hands-on IT experience to every job. He served as Director of IT at Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, managing enterprise-level infrastructure, networks, and systems for one of the largest high schools in California. He holds Dell certifications in Client Foundations and Client Advanced through Dell's TechDirect program and is an active Dell field service contractor handling break-fix and warranty work across the greater Los Angeles area.
After years in large institutional IT environments, Josh launched JA Tech Pro LLC to bring that same enterprise-grade expertise directly to small businesses and homeowners in Anaheim — people who deserve reliable tech support but don't always have access to it.
